Job summary

Designer Brands Canada is seeking a part-time Supervisor for the Shoe Co. banner. You will report to the Store Manager and support in leading the store, driving in-store sales, web orders, and team coaching to meet store objectives.

Open to weekends, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, foster inclusive customer connections, and maintain product knowledge while modeling excellent service standards.

• Coaches and provides feedback as directed by Store Management to achieve segment success
• Fosters teamwork, collaboration and change advocacy within the store and district.
• Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager.
• Open & closes the store proficiently

We're looking for a (Part-time) Supervisor for our Shoe Co. banner who will put their best foot forward.

As a (Part-time) Supervisor, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading the store environment, which fosters inclusivity and diverse customer connections. In this role, you will be responsible role model service standards coaching and leading the team to achieve store objectives, which includes in-store sales, web orders, goals as directed by the Store Manager. Your ability to thrive in a past pace environment, collaborate and execute on operational excellence will be key to your success in this role.
