Designer Brands Canada is seeking a part-time Supervisor for the Shoe Co. banner to lead in-store operations, coach the team and drive sales, including web orders, while maintaining exceptional customer experiences.

As a (Part‑time) Supervisor, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading the store environment, which fosters inclusivity and diverse customer connections. In this role, you will be responsible for role‑model service standards, coaching and leading the team to achieve store objectives, including in‑store sales, web orders, and goals as directed by the Store Manager. Your ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, collaborate and execute on operational excellence will be key to your success in this role.
