Job summary

Designer Brands Canada is seeking a part-time Supervisor for the Shoe Co. banner to lead store operations, coach staff, and drive customer-focused service.

You will report to the Store Manager, support in-store sales, web orders, and achieve store objectives while maintaining product knowledge and a dynamic team environment. The role requires a proactive, customer-centered approach with the ability to work varied shifts including weekends; a 30% employee discount and ongoing development

• Open & closes the store proficiently.

We're looking for a (Part-time) Supervisor for our Shoe Co. banner who will put their best foot forward.

As a (Part-time) Supervisor, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading the store environment, which fosters inclusivity and diverse customer connections. In this role, you will be responsible role model service standards coaching and leading the team to achieve store objectives, which includes in-store sales, web orders, goals as directed by the Store Manager. Your ability to thrive in a past pace environment, collaborate and execute on operational excellence will be key to your success in this role.

Key job accountabilities include but are not limited to:

Pay: $18.60 per hour
