Job summary

The Burger’s Priest in Vaughan is seeking a Supervisor to lead the team and maintain exceptional guest experiences. You will train staff, manage shifts, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include cash handling, inventory, order placement, and addressing guest concerns, with a focus on a welcoming, energetic workplace. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team.
• Food Handler Certification or willingness to certify.
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and in a hot environment.

The Burger’s Priest is hiring a Supervisor at our Vaughan location!

What You Will Do In This Role

• Train and coach the team below you to provide “ABSOLUTE” service
• Set clear expectations and follow up with your team on a regular basis
• Take direction and feedback from the Senior Management team
• Open and close the restaurant independently (key holder)
• Reconcile cash deposits
• Place orders and perform inventory counts
• Address customer concerns ensuring that each guest leaves satisfied

What We Are Looking For From You

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a team
• Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do
• Passionate about food and providing only the best guest experiences
• Food Handler Certified or willing to certify
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Well organized with ability to multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and in a hot environment
