As GM, you will train and coach staff, manage scheduling and inventory, handle cash deposits, and ensure top-tier guest experiences. This role demands leadership, hands-on operations, and a passion for great food.

Qualifications

• Minimum two–three years’ experience leading a team.
• Friendly and enthusiastic about everything you do.
• Passionate about food and providing only the best guest experiences.
• Food Handler Certification or willing to certify.
• Available for mixed shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Works well in a team setting but can complete tasks independently as needed.
• Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Well organized with the ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a hot environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant independently (key holder).
• Reconcile cash deposits.

• Able to attract, interview and hire employees and build a strong team.
• Understand food costing.
• Schedule employees while achieving labour targets.
• Responsible for P&L results.
