Responsibilities

Develop automated tests and contribute to evolving testing practices
Analyze and resolve problems using automated testing techniques including Selenium, Cucumber, and JMeter
Work in a complex microservices-based billing architecture for property and casualty insurance
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Groovy and Cucumber
Perform manual testing across various environments
Design, create, and manage test cases in Zephyr and link them with Jira tickets
Execute automated and manual tests
Analyze test results and report issues with clear documentation
Collaborate with developers and QA team members to resolve defects
Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Contribute ideas to improve QA processes and automation frameworks
Collaborate with development teams to coordinate and resolve technical issues
Design, code, and test new features for quality and performance
Apply design patterns, Scrum, and software development life cycle knowledge
Perform automated testing across frontend and backend components
