Job summary

OSL Direct Services seeks a results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to promote Bell Canada’s TV, Internet, Home Phone and Smart Home services in residential areas across Canada. You will be a brand ambassador, visiting customers, canvassing, and using a territory lead list to close opportunities.

The role offers an uncapped commission structure, a generous car allowance, and a $1,000 signing bonus after one month. Flexible full-time schedule with evenings and weekends required.

Qualifications

• Ambitious self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Sales, customer service, or marketing experience is an asset.
• Reliable access to personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support the sale of Bell’s TV, Internet, Home Phone and Smart Home residential products.
• Market Bell products to residential customers using a client-provided territory lead list.
• Identify customer needs and tailor solutions for best-fit service.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience as Bell’s ambassador.
• Meet with the team weekly to strategize and track results.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage lead funnel.
