OSL Direct Services is hiring a Sales and Marketing Representative to promote Bell Canada's TV, Internet, Home Phone and Smart Home services. You will canvass residential areas, use a lead list to market products, and tailor solutions with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.

Expect an uncapped commission structure with a potential total earnings of up to $80,000–$90,000 CAD per year, plus a $1,000 signing bonus after one month.

Formación

• Experience in sales, customer service or marketing roles.
• Reliable access to a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Strong time management and goal-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and support the sale of Bell services by visiting residential customers face to face.
• Market Bell products using a client-provided territory lead list.
• Identify customer needs and tailor solutions with excellent service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience as a Bell ambassador.
• Meet weekly with teammates to strategize and track results.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage leads and activities.
