Job summary

OSL Direct Services is recruiting for Sales and Marketing Representatives to promote Bell TV, Internet, Home Phone and Mobility services in residential areas.

You will work with a client-provided territory lead list, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service while representing Bell Canada. This role requires evenings/weekends and travel within the region, with uncapped commission and a base pay plus bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Ambitious self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Sales, customer service, and/or marketing experience is an asset.
• Reliable access to personal vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Ability for frequent travel across the region as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support the sale of Bell services to residential customers Face-to-face via canvassing and cold calling.
• Market Bell products using client territory lead lists.
• Identify customer needs and tailor Bell solutions for best-fit options.
• Deliver exceptional customer service as the Bell brand ambassador.
• Meet weekly with the team to strategize and report on results.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads and track progress.
