Job summary

An HVAC Distributor is seeking experienced Sales Representatives to drive business growth in Northern Ontario from Barrie. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HVAC sales and account management, along with the technical acumen to support contractors and drive training initiatives. This role offers excellent independence and the opportunity to work closely with a supportive leadership team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales for HVAC Distributor or as a Manufacturer Rep.
  • Technical knowledge in HVAC systems like ASHP, furnace, A/C, ventilation.
  • Proven ability to drive business development and manage accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development in Northern Ontario.
  • Work both remotely and on the road to manage client relationships.
  • Promote innovative products and conduct contractor training.

Job description

This is an exciting role with a fairly new but established HVAC Distributor looking to grow their team to manage Northern Ontario from Barrie.

Our client is looking for experienced Sales Reps that have experience selling to HVAC dealers and contractors and working with Rep agencies to promote an impressive line up of innovative and quality products.

The Head Office is in Vaughn. New team members will be responsible for working remotely and on the road to drive new business development in their territory.

Must be a sales pro with exceptional skills in:
- Business Development and Account management for an HVAC Distributor or as a Manufacturer Rep
- technical acumen specifically in HVAC (ASHP, furnace, A/C, ventilation, hot water tanks)
- supporting contractor training and marketing / promotions activities
- industry liaising and tradeshow / events promotions
