The role oversees independent sales representatives, builds key customer relationships, and expands market share across multiple territories. Responsibilities include developing regional sales strategies, managing pipelines, forecasting, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer and project needs.

Job Summary

Responsible for driving sales growth across multiple territories through direct customer engagement and leadership of independent sales representatives. Develops and executes regional sales strategies, manages territory performance, and expands market share to achieve revenue objectives

This role is responsible for supporting Quebec, Ottawa, and Atlantic Canada, and the successful candidate must be based within the territory.

Qualifications

  • Strong business planning, forecasting, and relationship management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel 60% within assigned territories.
Pay Transparency & Compensation
  • Expected Annual Salary: CAD $95,000 - $120,000
  • Compensation offered will be based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
