- Manage a thriving territory with established clients and untapped potential
- Build lasting relationships with industry professionals including dealers contractors and builders.
- Manage the sales life cycle resolving any issues while providing exceptional client care.
- Champion product lines ensuring they are the top choice for specifications while gathering market and competitive intelligence.
- Maintain a client schedule based on account prioritization revenue potential and individual client requirements to ensure optimal territory coverage and relationship development.
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying and converting highpotential prospects conducting comprehensive needs assessments and creating customized product solutions.
- Manage projects and maintain CRM to keep track of the sales pipeline.
- Customize display solutions that complement the clients showroom while highlighting the companys premium positioning.
- Work with autonomy while having the support of an experienced Regional Sales Manager
Qualifications :
- Experience as a sales representative / account manager in flooring surfaces or a related industry.
- Proficient in managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and fostering long term client relationships.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English is an asset.
- Background in interior design architecture or floor coverings is an asset
- Postsecondary education in sales marketing or related field is an asset
- Techsavvy with experience in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel within the territory
