Job Description :

As the Territory Sales Manager , you will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service and high-quality Heat Pump solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing inbound & outbound leads, preparing pricing and proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales and installation process.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term B2B relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide expert guidance on equipment selection, sizing, quoting, and sales while ensuring professional installation in line with customer requirements.
  • Manage inbound leads by accurately assessing technical and physical replacement needs to provide tailored HVAC solutions.
  • Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets, recognizing the critical role of individual contributions in the company’s success.
  • Prepare and deliver competitive pricing, proposals, and contracts, while assisting with project coordination and customer communications as needed.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system to manage accounts, track opportunities, and gather valuable customer and market insights.
  • Proactively engage in business development by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities with both existing and potential customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of company products, operations, and industry best practices.
  • Address customer concerns efficiently and professionally, ensuring timely resolution and enhanced customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze pricing, margins, and financial KPIs to maintain profitability and ensure a strong market position.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activities, and market dynamics to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3-5 years of HVAC sales experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering strong performance results.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to analyze and manage financial data related to sales and pricing.
  • Post-secondary education or certification in HVAC, mechanical engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, or other languages is preferred to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and partners.
