Job summary

Desjardins in Ontario is seeking a Territory Sales Coordinator to support business development for wholesaling teams and coordinate sales reporting and territory management. You will collaborate with Investment Advisors, maintain CRM records, and assist in client events and promotional activities.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, product comparisons, and supporting the Sales Management Team to drive member and client satisfaction within the Desjardins framework.

Qualifications

• College diploma in a related field.
• IFIC mutual funds course or CSC.
• Basic knowledge of business, sales and/or marketing.
• Basic knowledge of the investment industry.
• Action oriented, Communicates effectively, Customer Focus, Interpersonal Savvy, Nimble learning, Situational adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate access to Investment Advisors and branches within the defined sales territory.
• Assist in maintaining regular contact with Investment Advisors via phone, mail, email, and conference calls.
• Plan and organize client appreciation events with Marketing support.
• Administer dealer support requests and oversee the co-op marketing process.
• Coordinate sales/marketing activities to maximize impact in the territory.
• Assist with investment proposals, portfolio and product comparisons.
