Play a meaningful role in strengthening Canadian agriculture by owning and growing relationships with FCC Alliance partners. As a Territory Relationship Specialist (TRS), you'll provide value-added support and third-party financing expertise that helps crop input retailers better serve their customers through FCC’s point-of-sale financing programs.

Whatyou’llbring To The Team

Requiredqualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in agriculture, business or commerce and at least three years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
• In-depth knowledge of relationship management processes, third-party financing, marketing and sales
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with business owners, sales staff and administrators
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support shared goals and outcomes

Preferredqualifications:

• Experience working with or at a crop input retailer.
