Job summary

FCC, a federal Crown corporation focused on Canadian agriculture, seeks a Territory Relationship Manager in Manitoba to expand the Input Financing Program. You’ll develop strong relationships with Alliance partners and provide financial solutions for seed, fertilizer, and other inputs, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

You’ll travel up to 70% across the territory, meet program targets, and collaborate with FCC teams to improve service.

Qualifications

• A degree in agriculture, business, commerce or finance.
• At least four years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Proven experience with business development and consultation.
• Knowledge of industry trends, lending, marketing and sales practices.
• Understanding of corporate structures and program management.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively (up to 70%).

Responsibilities

• Manage business-to-business relationships with crop input partners.
• Meet program targets and maintain strong partner relationships through regular reviews and needs assessments.
• Travel extensively within territory to support partners and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate across business lines to enhance customer experience using FCC’s full value proposition.
• Provide training on Alliance products, processes, and tools.
• Identify risk situations and support next steps with leadership.
• Ensure smooth information and documentation flow between Alliance partners and FCC teams.
