Job summary

Würth Canada Limited invites an Outside Sales Representative for a 1-year contract in St. Catharines. You will drive sales, manage a defined territory, and expand the customer base through an omnichannel approach, while upholding Würth values.

You’ll participate in onboarding and mentoring programs, with a focus on professional growth and customer-centric solutions. Strong communication and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial and resilient; self-starter in growth-driven environments.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education or 1–3 years relevant work experience desired.
• Valid driver’s license, clean abstract, and no criminal record.
• Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• Comfort using an iPad with Microsoft Office, CRM and other apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional in-person sales and service experience to customers.
• Demonstrate Würth culture and high-performance values daily.
• Manage the St Catharines territory (St Catharines, Thorold, Welland) to grow sales.
• Prospect new customers and maintain relationships with existing accounts.
• Promote omnichannel sales approach (e-shop, telesales, solutions).
• Contribute to a high-performance team and exceed monthly targets.
