STERIS Corporation is seeking an Account Manager for the Greater Montreal area to manage reprocessing capital and consumables, driving annual sales, and expanding market share. You will blend direct and distributor-driven selling, targeting hospitals and MDRA, with a focus on consultative, solution-based opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English required.
• Experience selling new products, increasing utilization, and defending market share.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 50%.
• Compliant with hospital/customer credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual business plans for territory to drive sales growth.
• Maintain and grow market share of designated products/services.
• Negotiate Customer agreements leveraging STERIS offerings.
• Engage with multiple hospital stakeholders (C-suite to staff) to build consultative relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of account history and long-term purchase plans.
• Collaborate with distributors and regional leaders to educate and support on products.
• Participate in local professional organizations and training programs.
• Ensure effective use of sales resources to maximize outcomes.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree
