Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd. is seeking a Territory Manager for Underground and Tree Care products in Brossard, QC.

You will drive growth by selling new and used equipment, building strong customer relationships, and coordinating with parts, service, and finance teams to deliver integrated solutions. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of sales experience in construction or heavy equipment, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in construction, agricultural, or heavy equipment industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand market share within the assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR).
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and responding to market trends to achieve growth targets.
• Promote Brandt’s Underground and Tree Care line to existing and potential customers to strengthen brand presence and increase sales.
• Negotiate sales contracts and terms to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure retention, repeat business, and referrals.
• Collaborate with Parts, Service, and Finance departments to provide integrated solutions that meet customer needs efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor customer operations and changing requirements to anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions.
• Prepare and maintain detailed weekly customer status reports, including call activity, prospect lists, and opportunity tracking, to drive informed and data-based sales strategies.
• Coordinate equipment check-ins, upfitting, and delivery schedules with Sales Coordinators to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Complete all sales documentation, travel plans, and expense reports promptly to maintain operational accuracy and compliance.
• Participate actively in weekly sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed on products, market trends, and company initiatives.
