We are currently looking for a Territory Manager to support our Toronto East territory.
The Territory Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets and driving sales growth within the assigned territory by managing a portfolio of existing accounts, acquiring new business, and implementing strategic plans tailored to client needs. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to balance in-field client interactions with administrative responsibilities. This is a permanent, full-time, in-field position.
The candidate must live in the Toronto East (Toronto, Whitby, Scarborough, Durham) area, as travel will be required to manage accounts in this territory.

What you will be responsible for:
In Territory (90%):
- Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales goals by effectively managing a portfolio of existing accounts and acquiring new clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and brand loyalty
- Effectively execute business plans within defined territory that include tailored solutions based on the client’s business goals, pain points, and long-term strategy.
- Identify ways to maximize sales opportunities by up-selling and cross-selling products to existing clients
- Pursue new business opportunities within the territory by maintaining an active sales pipeline
- Develop territory-specific strategies to increase market share and brand presence
- Create efficient territory routing plan to meet all clients in-person, based on Vivier’s call frequency expectations
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Vivier’s products to effectively communicate the benefits and features to clients, both in-clinic, and at large events
- Conduct product training sessions and educational seminars for clients to increase product knowledge and drive sales
- Effectively coordinate and participate in client events and host client dinners
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge
- Collaborate with other team members to drive regional and national strategies for product portfolio and overall brand growth
- Attend conventions, seminars, and events to enhance brand growth and awareness within the region, which may fall outside of regular working hours
- Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with industry regulations, company policies and ethical standards
- A personal automobile and 30% overnight travel are required
Administrative (10%):
- Provide regular reports on sales forecasting, market conditions and competitor analysis to Regional Sales Manager
- Record sales activities and maintain customer information in company’s CRM system.
- Complete and submit Expense Reports on-time and in an organized fashion
- Adhere to all compliance protocols as it relates to customer activities
- Attend scheduled sales and marketing meetings to remain informed on internal and external communications
What we are looking for:
- Completion of post secondary education, preferably a university degree with business or science focus
- Minimum three (3) years of previous B2B sales experience, preferably in the in medical aesthetics, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of skincare or dermatology market is a plus
- Sales oriented, well organized, self-motivated individual
- Results-oriented attitude with a focus on driving growth
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of how to handle and resolve client concerns professionally
- Ability to learn and be coached in a performance-focused and fast-paced environment
- Proactive, self-driven, and disciplined to work independently
- Ability to navigate a CRM system and other sales tools effectively
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- English language proficiency is required for this job
