Brandt Tractor Ltd in Regina is seeking a Territory Manager - Construction Positioning Technology to drive new business and manage key accounts in the construction and forestry markets.

You will promote Topcon and Sokkia solutions, build a robust sales pipeline, travel as needed, and partner with service and product teams to deliver value to customers. This role offers growth opportunities within a leading Canadian dealer network.

Qualifications

  • Sales industry experience and/or a comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment considered an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel; valid passport required.

Responsibilities

  • New account creation and development. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Customers.
  • Achieve Sales targets as set out by the Company.
  • Develop a comprehensive Sales Pipeline of immediate/future Customer opportunities.
  • Promote & sell New & Used Wholegoods assigned to role, including rental options.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and quotations.
  • Submit lost sales reports weekly to the manager.

Brandt Tractor Ltd is currently seeking a Territory Manager - Construction Positioning Technology for our Regina Construction and Forestry location.

Brandt is the exclusive Canada wide dealer for Topcon and Sokkia Positioning. We provide industry leading technologies to the construction, building, surveying, engineering, governmental, and mining markets. These markets are adopting and expanding the use of technology at a record pace, and seeking solutions to improve accuracy and productivity in their field operations while optimizing their field to office workflow.

What You Will Be Responsible For
  • New account creation and development. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Customers.
  • Achieve Sales targets as set out by the Company.
  • Continuous development of a comprehensive Sales Pipeline of immediate/future Customer opportunities.
  • Promote & sell all types of New & Used Wholegoods assigned to role.
  • Promote rental and rental purchase of New and Used Wholegoods.
  • Understand and apply Machine and Company Feature, Advantage, Benefit statements to drive sales success.
  • Deliver continuous Prospecting activity and development of new accounts.
  • Keep current on product knowledge and industry (competitive) models.
  • Actively participate in and promote Brandt during industry events as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of Sales activities, Customer interactions, and Quotations.
  • Submit lost sales reports on a timely basis. Lost sales reports are to be filled out on all lost sales and submitted on a weekly basis to the manager. These are a must to receive, as competitive pricing is required by John Deere.
What We Look For
  • Sales industry experience and/or a comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment considered an asset. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts.
  • Ability to present and negotiate with potential customers.
  • Highly motivated, ambitious and energetic entrepreneurial outlook.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient computer knowledge and skills including Microsoft office suite.
  • Must be available to travel as needed; a recent driver's abstract and valid passport are required. B
  • eing bilingual (English & French) is considered an asset.
