Job summary

Beyond Landscaping Ltd in North Vancouver, Canada, is seeking ROCK STAR CREW LEADERS to lead a growing team in garden maintenance, planting, and snow & ice management. You’ll train crew members, perform high-level gardening tasks, and represent the company with professionalism.

Applicants should have strong leadership, ownership, and efficiency. A valid license for driving a pickup is preferred. Snow plow experience is a bonus.

We specialize in full-service landscape maintenance, gardening, planting, hardscaping, and snow & ice management. From routine garden care to large-scale installs and seasonal cleanups, we take pride in delivering top-tier service—efficiently, beautifully, and reliably.

The Role:

We're looking for someone who can lead a team with confidence and integrity, perform all gardening and maintenance tasks at a high level, and represent Beyond Landscaping with professionalism and pride. This isn’t just a job—it’s a leadership role for someone who thrives on ownership, efficiency, and excellence.

You should be able to:

Perform and train others in all garden maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, planting, mulching, trimming, and seasonal care.

Work both independently and with a team.

Train and mentor junior team members with patience and clarity.

Drive a pickup truck (license preferred).

Bonus if you can drive a snow plow in winter—this will earn you extra points!

Identify plants, pests, and diseases. The more horticulture or plant knowledge you bring, the higher your earning potential.
