TOMCO Production Services Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Territory Accounts Manager for their KAMLOOPS branch. This role involves maintaining existing accounts and pursuing new market opportunities, requiring significant travel throughout British Columbia. The ideal candidate is results-oriented and possesses strong sales skills, including cold calling and negotiation, and will enjoy health benefits following a probationary period.
• A Territory Accounts Manager to join the TOMCO Group of Companies who is a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with high energy, a professional approach, and a strong combination of prospecting and strategic sales skills to target and pursue new and existing accounts proactively.
• Major focus of this role will be maintaining accounts in the territory and establishing new accounts & markets for TOMCO Group of Companies supporting our KAMLOOPS branch.
• This position reports to the Director of Sales and may be remote or local to our KAMLOOPS Branch.
• Candidate must be willing to travel throughout British Columbia as necessary.
• Travel 75% of the time, and after hours required.
• Salaried position, bonus provisions, vehicle, laptop, cell phone, expense & fuel cards.
• Utilize TOMCO’s Key Performance Indicators to meet sales objectives.
• Create and manage opportunities as per TOMCO’s Sales Process.
• Provide quarterly forecasts on accounts/projects/new markets with accurate close dates, stage, and estimated revenue.
