What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve set goals.
• Create, implement, and monitor inside and outside sales strategies.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Develop detailed marketing strategies and work closely with the General Manager to execute them.
• Champion the company’s values, fostering a positive and productive team culture.
• Manage daily sales operations, ensure revenue expectations are met, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Lead by example and model professionalism in every interaction with customers and team members.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong leadership and proven sales experience in retail, preferably in the RV or automotive industry.
• Ability to mentor, motivate, and inspire others while driving results.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to think long term, while executing short-term goals with precision.
• Professional accreditation (VSA license) and secondary education are required.

Compensation: $70K to $80K depending on experience + commission + bonus
