Role Overview

This role involves providing comprehensive financial advisory services, focusing on cash flow, credit, investment, and protection, to enhance members’ financial confidence and help them achieve their goals. Responsibilities include developing and executing business plans to grow your book of business, meeting individual targets, and contributing to Beem’s success. You will proactively network within the community to strengthen existing relationships and attract new members.

Location

This position is based at our Tranquille Branch in Kamloops, B.C.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and facilitate the use of self-service banking options.
• Deliver proactive member outreach and support.
• Collaborate with branch and multi-channel teams to support members.
• Follow Beem’s business model in member referrals and meetings.
• Maintain 4-6 years of relevant experience in financial sales and service.
• Possess a High School diploma plus at least one year of post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills are an asset.
