At Pacific Smoke International, our mission is to help people quit smoking by providing safer alternatives to traditional cigarettes. As the leading distributor of electric vaporizers and award-winning vaping products in Canada, we've made significant progress since our founding in 2013. However, we have much more to accomplish for our customers, and we're looking for a culturally aligned Territory Account Manager for Vancouver, BC, to join our dynamic team.

This important sales position is responsible for cultivating and achieving strong, mutually beneficial and high-performance relationships with PSI's clients. The Territory Account Manager would constantly strive to develop strong relationships with customers and connect the value of PSI products, programs and services. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will possess the aptitudes, talents, character traits, knowledge and skills to assess client needs and provide PSI solutions to realize robust business outcomes.

The Territory Account Manager will :

  • Creating, building and nurturing long-term relationships between assigned accounts and colleagues within the company
  • Achieve quotas while ensuring client engagement and satisfaction
  • Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers
  • Managing communications between customers and internal teams, liaise with cross-functional internal teams to achieve the desired customer experience
  • Developing and sustaining a thorough understanding of account needs as change occurs
  • Negotiating contracts with clients and establishing timelines of performance
  • Preparing and presenting reports on account objectives and progress on a timely basis to share with team members and stakeholders
  • Analyzing client data to fine-tune and provide excellent client relationship management
  • Forecast and track account metrics
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
  • Employing a consultative sales approach
  • 50% travel

To be successful, you should have :

  • Strong communications skills both written and verbal
  • Experience with successfully nurturing long-term client relationships
  • Tactical thinking skills and abilities
  • Account Management Experience (3+ years)
  • Business acumen, specially in the retail space
  • Experience in a competitive product category / market
