Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is hiring a Terminal Operator / Maintenance Lead in Coquitlam, BC. You will safely load and unload liquid asphalt cement, operate heavy equipment, and lead site maintenance with a strong safety mindset.

We value continuous improvement, adherence to SJPs and environmental regs, and opportunities for specialized training. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license with required safety certifications are expected, along with outdoor work readiness.

Qualifications

• Direct prior experience as Terminal Operator or Heavy Equipment Operator.
• Safety-focused with strong operational standards and a maintenance mindset.
• Valid driver's license and safety certifications as listed.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and offload liquid asphalt cement, emulsions and bulk materials.
• Operate loaders and equipment for bulk materials handling and salt bagging.
• Monitor storage, temperatures and transfer systems to prevent downtime.
• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues to maximize uptime and standardize site procedures.
• Uphold health, safety and environmental policies on site.
