Qualifications

• Knowledge of Canadian transportation compliance, fleet regulations, and cross-border procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a large-scale terminal handling FTL and LTL freight across Canada and cross-border.
• Manage daily P&L and performance metrics to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee safety, compliance, scheduling, labor planning, and equipment utilization.
