Job summary

Join to apply for the Temporary, Technical Analyst role at ENWIN Utilities.

ENWIN Utilities Ltd. is currently accepting applications for a Temporary, Technical Analyst (6 months) position, reporting to the IT Operations Manager. The successful candidate will provide functional and technical expertise on corporate and infrastructure systems, including SAP Basis administration. Responsibilities include analyzing, designing, developing, testing, administering, and managing databases and system configurations, supporting ERP, GIS, and CIS systems, and guiding stakeholders during project implementations. The role also involves investigating user requirements, automating systems, and addressing technical needs related to corporate applications, mobile devices, virtual solutions, operating systems, patches, upgrades, software deployment, and cybersecurity. Developing and enforcing security standards and change management procedures is also required.

The candidate must have:

1. A university degree in Computer Science or related discipline with at least two years of experience, or a college diploma with at least three years of experience.
2. Experience supporting backend architecture of ERP, CIS, and GIS systems (asset).
3. Hands-on SAP Basis experience, including upgrades, migrations, patches, and DR testing.
4. Experience with S4 HANA, NetWeaver, Fiori, Solman, and Enterprise Portal.
5. Managing SAP security roles and user management.
6. Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows OS.
7. Experience managing SAP environments in on-premises and cloud infrastructures.
8. Knowledge of performance monitoring tools.
9. Project management skills in information systems and infrastructure.
10. Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
11. Ability to work independently and in teams.
12. A valid G driver's license is an asset.
