• Manage day-to-day store operations in line with company culture and standards.
• Coach, motivate, and lead store staff; liaison with Customer Service Centre.
• Ensure policies, reporting (Payroll, Report 51, etc.) and store upkeep.
• Merchandise and promotions alignment with store profile.
