Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of Boutique of Leathers products and translate to customers.
• Show a positive attitude toward customers and tasks.
• Aim for personal productivity and sales goals.
• Stay informed about current promotions and communicate offerings.
• Ensure each customer experiences the Boutique of Leathers Experience.
• Lift and stock merchandise and assist with displays.
• Keep store clean, organized, and tidy.
• Process purchases, returns/exchanges, and special orders using POS.
• Follow policies including loss-prevention procedures.
• Support outdoor events, shows, and off-site retail events as required.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Boutique of Leathers products and effectively translate product knowledge to customers through need recognition.
• Show a positive attitude toward both customers and assigned tasks.
• Strive to achieve personal productivity and sales goals.
• Stay knowledgeable about current promotions and effectively communicate offerings to customers.
• Ensure each customer receives the Boutique of Leathers Experience.
• Lift and distribute merchandise, replenish stock, and assist with merchandise displays.
• Take pride in maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and tidiness.
• Process purchases, returns/exchanges, and special orders using the POS system.
• Follow company policies and regulations, including loss-prevention procedures outlined in the Employee Manual.
• Participate in and support Boutique of Leathers outdoor events, shows, and other off-site retail events as required.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Outgoing, positive, and customer-focused personality.
• Sales and customer-service oriented, with the ability to identify sales opportunities and problem-solve.
• Western knowledge is preferred.
