Job summary

Dilawri is seeking a Temporary Parts Shipper & Receiver at Regina Honda to support our growing parts team. The successful candidate will handle deliveries, verify bills of lading, and prepare outgoing shipments with accuracy and courtesy.

Key responsibilities include stocking, binning parts for collection, assisting retail and wholesale customers, and transporting parts to dealerships locally and out of town. Forklift experience and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean abstract.
• Clear written and oral communication with focus on excellent customer service.
• Ability to accurately review and complete documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Must be able to effectively deal with customer’s requests or complaints.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Forklift experience is preferred.
• Must be computer-literate with Microsoft Office; able to learn new programs easily.

Responsibilities

• Receiving all deliveries and verifying bills of lading.
• Implements proper order and follow-up system for parts and comeback orders.
• Verifies and shelves all stock orders or returns in the inventory system.
• Distributes parts into bins for collection, distributes special order parts and destroys all authorized replaced warranty parts.
• Prepares all outgoing shipments.
• Assisting all retail and wholesale customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Preparation of the parts deliveries including reviewing all invoices, preparation of delivery orders and load the vehicle in delivery sequence.
• Transports parts to and from wholesale accounts and other dealerships; local and out of town deliveries.
• Ensures the parts vehicle is prepared daily for use and maintains driver bin in a clean and orderly fashion.
