Job summary

South Pointe Honda in Calgary, AB, is actively seeking a Receptionist to join the Dilawri Group team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, greeting and assisting them with professionalism and courtesy as they enter the dealership.

You will answer and direct incoming calls, provide basic information about the dealership and the Dilawri Group, and maintain a welcoming, organized waiting lounge while performing essential administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients when they first arrive at the dealership.
• Answer and direct all incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide basic information about the dealership and the Dilawri Group to inquiries and referrals.
• Maintain the cleanliness and stocking of the customer waiting lounge.
• Perform administrative duties such as recording sales traffic, scheduling for Sales Representatives, updating lists and inventory, and ordering business cards.
• Review appointments and deliveries in dealership software and maintain CRM alerts.

Position Overview

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• As the first point of contact for clients, you require exceptionalcustomer service skills and professional phone etiquette. You will greetand assist clients when they first arrive at the dealership.
• Responsible for answering and directing all incoming phone calls ina professional and courteous manner.
• Provides basic information about the dealership and the DilawriGroup in order to answer inquiries and to refer customers to theappropriate individual or department.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the customer waiting lounge andensures it is well stocked.
• Performs administrative duties such as recording sales traffic,distributing schedules for Sales Representatives, maintaining gas chitbooks and receipts, updating telephone lists, updating vehicle inventorylists and ordering business cards.
• Reviews appointments and deliveries in dealership software andmaintains customer relationship management alerts and customermaintenance.
