Canadian Blood Services is seeking a Temporary full-time Clerk to join the Collections Operations team in Ancaster, Ontario. You will handle clerical and administrative duties, follow procedures, and exercise good judgement in daily tasks.

The role supports clinic event data entry, reporting, and metrics development, with on-site work 60% and a start date of 2026-09-21. 10 kg lift and standard office duties are included.

Qualifications

• Completion of grade 12; high school diploma.
• A minimum of 2 years relevant administrative experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/file distributed controlled documents.
• Manage distribution of mail as required.
• Enter clinic events and changes into the event database.
• Develop and maintain metrics, reports on clinic performance.
• Provide additional support to the team during absences.
