Job summary

Ontario Aboriginal Housing Services is seeking a temporary full-time Client Services and Building Coordinator in the Algoma region of Ontario. The role focuses on property inspections, maintenance, and tenant service within a lead property management team.

The incumbent will coordinate inspections, manage contractor relationships, and ensure asset optimization. This position offers a comprehensive compensation package and requires relocation to or residence in Ontario with field travel expected.

Qualifications

• College diploma/certification in construction/house inspection or related field.
• Experience with property inspection and maintenance.
• Familiarity with landlord/tenant processes an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support OAHS mission and strategic plan.
• Schedule property inspections and maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate contractor work, quotes, and purchase orders.
• Inspect work for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain records in management systems.
