We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Temporary Event Coordinator to join our Events Team. Supporting the Event Services Supervisor, you will plan, book, and execute exceptional events at both The Glencoe Club and Glencoe Golf & Country Club. You will focus on delivering a high level of customer service in planning and organizing events that meet or exceed member expectations.
This is a Temporary, Full-Time salaried position ending on December 31, 2025, that reports to the Events Services Supervisor. The successful candidate will require reliable transportation between both clubs and may be required to work a variety of shifts including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
The successful applicant will be required to complete a background check, Respect in the Workplace training, and certification prior to employment.
