East Lake School serves French Immersion and English students from K-9. Applicants must hold or be eligible for Alberta Teaching Certificate; new graduates may submit practicum report. External applicants must provide a professional reference letter on company letterhead, dated within 18 months.

The Opportunity

This position is not open to those holding a Continuing Teaching contract with RVS.

Pre-employment Requirements

• Applicantsmust possess or be eligible for an Alberta Teaching Certificate. To be eligible for an Alberta Teaching Certificate you must have applied for initial certificationwith Alberta Education at www.alberta.ca/teacher-certification.
• New/Recent Graduates Only: In lieu of a reference letter please submit your final practicum report.
• External applicantsmust provide a professional letter of reference, attached to the job application, from their most recent supervisor, relevant to the job opportunity, written on company letterhead, signed and dated within the past 18 months.
