Job summary

Bedard Resources is seeking a dynamic supervisor to join our Montréal Airport team. You will manage a group of Ambassadors, organize daily operations, and ensure service quality for millions of travelers each year.

The role requires at least 2 years of team management, excellent interpersonal skills, and availability for day and evening shifts Sunday through Saturday. Bilingual proficiency in French and English is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management (performance management, motivation, coaching, logistics, work organization).
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).
• Availability to work day and evening shifts between Sunday and Saturday.
• Mandated bilingual proficiency in French and English to communicate with English-speaking customers approximately 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 10 or more Ambassadors.
• Organize daily operations.
• Ensure service quality and excellence.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to Ambassadors to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Resolve challenging situations and support the airport operations team.
• Prepare for and assist management during weekly meetings.
• Welcome, direct, and inform YUL passengers.
• Conduct performance evaluations for Ambassadors.
• Maintain consistent verbal and written communication with the entire team and management.
• Perform various administrative tasks (attendance tracking, shift report follow‑up, employee file management, procedure updates, timesheets, etc.).
• Make schedule adjustments as needed.
• Answer calls on the supervisors' phone line.
• Perform any other related duties.
