COMPASS GROUP CANADA is seeking a Driver to deliver commissary items to scheduled client facilities in Mississauga, ensuring the vehicle is loaded and inspected at the start of each day. This role requires a valid G-License, a clean driving record, and the ability to work both independently and in teams.

Strong communication and written skills are essential, along with the physical capacity to lift ~50 lbs and stand/walk for up to 8 hours.

Job description

How you will make an impact:

You will be representing the company’s image at all times by your actions and demeanor and self-image. Responsible for maintaining proper product distribution to client facilities as per Clients and Compass’s contractual obligations.

As a Driver you will:

• Deliver Commissary items to scheduled client’s facilities.


• Prior to beginning each day’s route, ensure truck/van is properly loaded and vehicle inspections are completed.


• Must have a Valid G License, experience driving 16’Cube Truck


• Drivers Abstract required - Personal and Commercial


• Lifting approx. 50lbs, standing and walking for up to 8hrs


• 95% of your time is inside client facilities.


• Works well in teams and independently with minimal supervision.


• Police Clearance Check required.

The hourly wage rate for this position is $20.00. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
