Job summary

Estevan Eye Clinic is currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team on a temporary full-time contract. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 9:00–5:00, with potential for extra hours when required.

The ideal candidate will be professional, highly motivated, organized, punctual, and reliable, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Experience is welcome, but we are willing to train the right person to support patient checkups and clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Experience is an asset, but training provided.
• Must be professional, motivated, organized and reliable.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Book patients in the in-house computer system for eye health checkups.
• Answer phones and fax confidential documents.
• Process invoices and submit insurance claims for patients.
• Complete extra diagnostic testing for patients as requested by the doctor.
