Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients to the clinic, check-in/check-out, and engage with patients in person, by phone, and via email.
• Perform pre-testing to support comprehensive eye care.
• Coordinate appointments, prepare prescription printouts, and manage billing and payments.
• Manage eyewear pickups and perform minor repairs and adjustments on eyewear.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
• Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required.
