Job summary

Mercor is hiring experienced Musicians to evaluate generative musical AI models in partnership with a leading AI lab. You will assess model outputs across in different categories of music in your bilingual language.

You will evaluate lyrics, voice generation, and other standards, scoring the quality of training data. Start date is immediate, with a duration up to 6 months and a part-time commitment of 10+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience writing music in the domain language listed in the title.
• Evidence of understanding musical performance, theory, and lyrics.
• College degree in music, involving both performance, theory, and lyrics.
• Past experience writing lyrical music in the domain language listed in the title.
• Native or near-native proficiency in both Telugu and English.

Ideal Qualifications

• Experience working as a music producer, audio engineer, and/or sound mixer for at least 3+ years
• Evidence of understanding musical performance, theory, and lyrics
• College degree in music, involving both performance, theory, and lyrics
• Past experience writing lyrical music in the domain language listed in the title
• Native or near-native proficiency in both Telugu and English
