Intact Financial Corporation is seeking a Part-Time Telesolutions Advisor to join our Laval, Quebec team on a six-month contract, with potential extension. You will connect clients with licensed agents, promote our products, and provide service to both English- and French-speaking customers.

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

We are looking for a Part-Time Telesolutions Advisor to join our growing team!

Please note that this is an initial 6 month contract, with the possibility of an extension and a permanent position based on your performance.

What you’ll do:

• Build strong relationships with clients and quickly connect them with licensed agents.
• Contact current and potential clients to assess their interest in discussing their insurance needs with a licensed agent, either immediately or at a later date.
• Promote our products and services while acting as a strong ambassador for the brand.
• Actively participate in your team’s projects.

What you bring:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt your approach to clients’ needs and profiles in order to maximize sales opportunities.
• Ability to adapt to changes in the company’s products, services, or policies.
• Bilingualism in French and English. This role requires making calls and providing services to English-speaking clients on a regular basis.
• Team spirit and a collaborative approach.
• A dynamic and energetic personality.
• No Canadian work experience required; however, candidates must be authorized to work in Canada.
