Job summary

Intact Financial Corporation is seeking a bilingual Sales and Customer Service Advisor for our Laval office. The hybrid schedule combines office and remote work, with an emphasis on guiding Canadians toward the right insurance choices across auto and home products.

You will mentor clients through product selections, promote service offerings, and participate in process improvements. Training lasts three months, with evenings and Saturdays required during rotation.

The salary range presented above is based on a 35‑hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

Your horaire

La formation dure trois mois : Pendant les deux premiers mois : 35 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi, de 9 h à 17 h. Pendant le dernier mois : 40 heures par semaine, du lundi au vendredi, de 10 h à 19 h. Après la formation, vous travaillerez selon un horaire de soir de 40heures par semaine: Du lundi au vendredi de 11h à 20h, ainsi qu’un samedi sur quatre en rotation. En bonus, tous vos quarts de travail de soir seront bonifiés par une prime de soir.

Chez belairdirect, vous bénéficierez d’une formule de travail hybride qui vous permettra de concilier vie professionnelle et personnelle. Ce poste est rattaché à notre bureau de Laval (600 Rue Lucien-Paiement). Veuillez noter que la date d’entrée en poste est le 2 novembre 2026.

Ce que vous ferez

• Jouer un rôle clé en assurant la meilleure protection possible des actifs les plus précieux de nos clients en les conseillant pour qu’ils fassent des choix éclairés, en répondant à leurs questions sur les produits et en les conseillant tout au long du processus.
• Analyser les besoins des clients, promouvoir les produits et services et proposer des choix et des solutions novatrices.
• Aider les clients de l’assurance auto et de l’assurance habitation à faire leur choix parmi les différentes solutions d’assurance proposées.
• Prendre part au développement de nouvelles initiatives, et soutenir leur mise en œuvre.

Ce qu’il vous faut

• Au moins un an d’expérience dans un poste similaire.
• Le bilinguisme est requis.
• Nécessite d’interagir sur une base régulière avec une clientèle anglophone et des collègues partout au pays.
• Fort esprit d’équipe, capacité à collaborer avec des collègues sur divers projets, mais également aisance à travailler de manière autonome.
• Compétences en communication manifestes, capacité de faire preuve d’écoute et d’empathie envers les autres.
• Approche axée sur l’écoute des clients et volonté de mettre vos compétences en matière de conseils au service des clients.
• Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à garder son sang‑froid sous pression.
• Excellentes compétences en informatique et capacité à jongler entre plusieurs systèmes simultanément.
• Volonté de passer l’examen provincial pour obtenir votre permis d’assurance.
• Aucune expérience de travail au Canada n’est requise, mais les candidats doivent être admissibles à travailler au Canada.
• Veuillez noter qu’il s’agit d’un poste dans un centre d’appels entrants et que nous recherchons des candidats qui acceptent de travailler le soir, le samedi et, à l’occasion, les jours fériés.
• Au Québec, nos agents doivent réussir leur certification de l’AMF pour exercer le métier.
• Afin d’être considéré pour notre parcours de formation, vous devez répondre à l’une des exigences suivantes:
  • Vous avez obtenu un DEC, un BAC ou une Maîtrise;
  • Vous avez obtenu un AEC en Assurances de dommages;
  • Vous détenez un DES/DEP ET cumulez trois ans d’expérience à temps plein sur le marché du travail canadien.
• Si vos diplômes ont été obtenus à l’extérieur du Canada, il est impératif d’être en possession d’une équivalence pour ces diplômes.
