The Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager, Information and Communication Technology, the Telecommunications Operator ensures all calls received through IWK Health’s voice communications systems are processed promptly, efficiently, and courteously according to policy.
Hours of Work
Varied shifts based on 24-hour department coverage. Must be available for all shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Schedules are subject to change based on operational needs.
