Job summary

COFOMO in Montreal is hiring a Telecommunications Infrastructure Technician to support deployment and integration of telecom infrastructure, including network, Wi-Fi and connectivity components. You will install and configure switches and room components, perform validations, testing and migrations, and document configurations as the project evolves.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience, strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, VLANs, TCP/IP, routing and wireless networks, and can

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecommunications infrastructure.
• Ability to install and configure network equipment, including switches, access points and connectivity components.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies, VLANs, TCP/IP, routing and wireless networks.
• Diagnose and resolve network issues in multi-site environments.
• Documentation of configurations and changes performed.
• Autonomy, rigor, priorities, and collaboration spirit, with flexibility for on-site deployments.
