COFOMO in Montreal is seeking a Telecommunications Infrastructure Analyst to join our team and help design and deploy robust network, Wi-Fi, and security solutions across multiple sites. You will act as a technical reference for telecom components and collaborate with internal teams, partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth deployments.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience, with hands-on Cisco and Fortinet administration, strong analytical skills, and a disciplined approach

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in telecommunications infrastructure.
• Experience with LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routing, switching, firewalls, and segmentation.
• Ability to analyze network issues using packet capture techniques.
• Experience administering Cisco and Fortinet environments.
• Autonomy, rigor and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• Analyze needs and participate in the design of telecommunications infrastructure solutions.
• Plan deployments and commissioning of network, Wi-Fi, and connectivity infrastructures.
• Act as a technical reference for the various telecommunications components.
• Coordinate technical activities between internal teams, partners and suppliers.
• Contribute to modernization, network segmentation, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Ensure that solutions comply with established norms and technology standards.
• Monitor the performance of infrastructures and recommend improvements.
• Diagnose complex incidents and participate in their resolution.
• Supervise the technological changes required to ensure the evolution of infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure and support teams during deployment and commissioning activities.
• Produce and maintain technical drawings, flow matrices, operating procedures and solution documentation.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and contribute to the development of the expertise of internal resources.
