Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Montreal to lead large-scale technology and business transformation programs. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams from mobilization to stabilization, translate strategy into executable plans, and drive governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement.

With 7+ years in consulting or transformation, you will establish PMO/EPMO/TMO structures, manage complex dependencies, and leverage AI thoughtfully to enhance delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in consulting, transformation delivery or program management.
• Experience leading large-scale business and technology transformations.
• Experience establishing PMO/EPMO/TMO functions and governance structures.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; advanced degree is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead major workstreams and complex transformation programs from mobilization through deployment and stabilization.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, delivery strategies, integrated plans, governance models and implementation approaches.
• Establish and lead PMO, EPMO, and TMO functions.
• Manage program scope, schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, resources and delivery quality.
• Lead executive reporting, steering committees, governance forums and senior stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate delivery across client teams, EY teams, vendors and third parties.
• Lead business readiness, stakeholder engagement, deployment planning, adoption and stabilization activities.
• Develop business cases, value realization models and investment recommendations.
• Define and monitor transformation KPIs and benefits realization.
• Support business development through proposals and client presentations.
• Coach consultants and contribute to capability development and practice growth.
• Apply AI in the flow of work with strong professional judgement and maintain quality.
