Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Technology Project Manager to fill a 12-month contract located in Barrie, Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for a Technology Project Manager with a background in financial services.

Responsibilities

1. Managing large-scale, complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders, as well as matrix partners.
2. Defining, planning, organizing, and executing all business, operational, and IT deliverables for assigned strategic projects.
3. Managing all aspects of the project lifecycle and collaborating with matrix business, corporate, and IT partners to oversee all project phases, ensuring completion of related processes such as change management, process management, transition to business/operations, system development, and quality management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in technology, web/application project management.
• Strong understanding of the waterfall lifecycle phases and categories.
