Job Summary

This role is primarily responsible for project coordination and financial control within the Project Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate will have experience in financial control, including invoicing, budgeting, and supporting project governance, preferably within banking or financial services sectors.

Major Responsibilities

1. Project Coordination and Financial Control for PMO

• Assist the Project Manager in monitoring project progress, controlling scope, time, cost, quality, and risk.
• Analyze discrepancies between estimated and actual project data.
• Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Evaluate project performance against targets and apply governance controls.
• Identify trends and root causes of deviations; recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate project budgeting and estimate efforts across disciplines.
• Track project schedule and budget, applying corrective measures as needed.
• Prepare and issue status reports and dashboards for stakeholders, including executive summaries.
• Ensure adherence to project control procedures and policies.
• Process project invoices weekly and track invoicing and payment schedules.
